Ive been really struggling to get back to the gym so I started this tracker. It’s not time dependent or restrictive and I can complete it at any time but after 30 workouts I’ll treat myself to something. I’ve struggled in the past with workout planners because I felt like if I missed the first day then I might as well not bother so hopefully this will be more gentle on my mind while I try to improve! #workouttracker#workoutplanner#sweat#motivation#hustlehard#hustle
What apps am I using?
I started using #myfitnesspal when I was in college as a mandatory food log for my volleyball team. Not so fun then when you didn't want your coach to know about those midnight milkshake runs, but now it makes my life so much easier!
•Once you set up your profile and goals, you can adjust your ideal caloric intake and set the percentages for your macros.
•I've included the second picture because I didn't discover until about a year ago that you can turn your phone sideways on your daily diary, and it will show you how many grams of each macro you have eaten and still have left to eat.
#Bodyspace is the app by bodybuilding.com. Don't be thrown off by the name, this is a great tool for everyone on their fitness journey.
•You can access hundreds of workout plans along with a full exercise database of instructional videos and step by step guides, or enter in your own workouts.
•I like it because I don't have to carry a notebook around the gym with me. It keeps track of your sets, reps, and weights so you can see what you lifted the previous time you completed the exercise.
•It has an adjustable rest timer between sets, tracks how long your entire workout takes, and you can even add a #swolfie when you finish if you like!

One good looking logbook!
Pages for starting measurements, long term and short term goals, your favourite wods, personal best records and end measurement report. Plus 100 Daily WODs a page per day, with space to record your workout and any other notes you want to make. Tab dividers to easily jump between sections and a pen loop.

I worked out 20% of the days last January and I know we’re only 12 days in but I’m already at 100%...it won’t stay that way because REST DAYS are important. I listen to my body and today is a rest day so I’m going to do yoga tonight 🧘🏽♀️ • 📈I’m a behavior analyst so I literally track other behaviors and either implement treatment to increase behavior (like working out ☝🏼) or decrease behavior (like eating donuts 😝..sorry, probably not going to see a decreasing trend in that one 😂) •

If you need the accountability and flexibility to workout essentially anytime and anywhere, you need to join us!! You have to hold yourself accountable with whatever you do. How do you do that? You have to document it. I use the bodybuilding.com app #BodySpace to track my workouts. They have free programs in there to join or you can manually enter in your own workouts. Y'all can also post on the gram consistently to keep you accountable. Make this a habit and you WILL achieve success with your goals. #accountability#progress#workouttracker#perseverance#motivation
for everything that can’t fit in my structured planner, my bullet journal still does the job! ever since i discovered @aaptiv, i’ve found myself sticking to a workout schedule much easier. here’s a quick calendar for january and all the ways i plan on torturing myself!

Anyways, I've been bringing my bujo to the gym to keep track of my workouts and any progress I make in increasing various lifts.
Right now this is really working for me, but I mayyy consider a separate 'workout journal' that I'd always leave in my gym bag in the future.

Counting down the days to Coachella/NoChella (I don't actually go to the festival itself) T-1 week🙌🏻But first... I'm heading to NYC which means amazing late night dinners, clean cocktails & lots of LSF Hot Body Workouts to burn it all off!
I'm keeping it in check (HBSG week 4) and I got new tracking watch ♥️ @misfitwearables It's awesome because it just looks like a normal pretty rose gold watch, but it tracks your workouts, sleep, steps and basically everything you do 😉. So cute right??

Nothing like a new year to refresh my workout goals, so I printed this insert from @peanutsplannerco, punched it with my cute new @rapesco punch and then realized... I’d better get moving if I’m gonna get to use my mildliners! 😂 (lol, the things that motivate a #plannergirl to workout)
