All this fresh snow getting you down? We've all been there...and we've all managed to find a way out. Sometimes all you need is a single voice in your ear cheering you on (or a neighbour with a bobcat to plow your driveway)! Consider this my cyber-whisper. See you on the other side!
Being a native Mid-Westerner, I KNOW how cold and muggy the winters can be. I also know how unmotivated you can get when it’s 20 degrees below zero. Trust me, I’ve been there. •
BUT, while everyone else is drinking and eating like crap to make themselves feel better, you can get ahead of the game and get endorphins by working out (even at home in your PJs—no excuses here!). •
My favorite trick when I’m sluggish and going to the gym is the last thing I want to do is to drink some pre-workout. Then I HAVE to go to the gym just to feel normal again. •
Please consult a physician if you’ve never taken pre-workout before or are sensitive to stimulants!! •
When you live in the mid-west, sometimes you just have to embrace the cold! And what a view!
It snowed in Seattle, which doesn’t happen very often. ❄️❄️❄️ Naturally, I was excited because I love snow and miss seeing snow in the winter. Winter without snow is depressing. However, snow + Seattle = driving disasters. So, it’s hard to come out on top here. 🤷🏻♀️ #IEnjoyedItWhileItLasted#SnowIsBetterThanRain
Treadmill time because we’re in Alberta and it’s too cold to walk outside 😳❄️ Mom is on the mend and says thank you so much everyone for all the support as always. ❤️❤️❤️ love this IG family. #bostonterrier#winterworkouts
