First off I’m freaking proud of myself. I know it’s only a slow cooker but I managed to make a delicious dinner tonight! 🤤👌🏼
My husband is the one who cooks dinner every night. To the point if he’s not home.. I usually eat eggs (and sometimes still over cook them) or make sure to have leftovers from the night before. 🤣
I swear I’m not lying when I say these programs I do aren’t just about the workouts! I get pushed and grow mentally & physically every day. And today I grew in the kitchen. Even if it is just one meal! 🙌🏼 #mealplanapproved#chefinthemaking

Dieting day on a plate 👌🏽 No one likes dieting right?! So the sensible option is to eat foods you really enjoy that fit your macros. I find this means I never feel deprived of anything! 🙅🏼♀️ On my days off I usually stagger my first meal of the day till around 11am. This means I can eat more for dinner and have some dessert, which to me is better than not having dessert 😋
M1: Chocolate egg white protein oats topped with cacao nibs
M2: Fresh papaya with lime juice (pre workout)
M3: Baked beans on high protein wholemeal toast (post workout)
M4: Oven baked red ocean trout on a bed of white potatoes with stir fried pak choy
M5: Chobani flip for dessert
Macros: C 150g / F 50g / P 140g *macros are specific to my own goals ✨
Let’s get this diet finished so I can start bulking 😈 #cantwait

Guys, I am seriously so happy say I finished week one 100% committed and 100% true to the plan! .
Updates after one week:
👊🏼I was successful on getting up at 4am on workdays to get my workout in and follow timed nutrition .
👊🏼I am LOVING 😍my timed nutrition! I have heard people say how much work it must be- but it's just the opposite! With a little planning on Sunday, I now know exactly WHICH foods to eat and WHEN
👊🏼I have more energy ⚡️
👊🏼My mindset has improved so much! I am happier, feel more confident and I have this sense of CALM and PURPOSE. ✨
Now I am not SUPERHUMAN for completing this (even though I kind of feel like it 🙈)
I want everyone to know I'm not without struggles. This week I also had ❌headaches from detoxing the sugar and junk I had been eating ❌cravings and having to realize it was MENTAL and not true hunger ❌willpower to turn down desserts and pizza .
If I can do this, YOU CAN TOO! .
This program is going to change my life in so many ways

I know my filming/editing skills could use lots of work but I took the #gopro to the gym yesterday so I could keep playing around with different settings and editing-practice makes perfect and I gotta get this all figured out so I don’t mess up any of the amazingness I have planned for AUS!! 😱😱😳😳Check out how many inches I’ve lost since DAY 1! 😳😳😱😱 76 1/4 inches!!!!! I finally measured this weekend after a 1.2 lb gain 🤷🏼♀️ so I’m at 166.2 lbs currently. I wrote down my measurements to go off of going forward since I’m trying to recomp. Scale is gonna be useful but not my only source of tracking progress... I also checked the In-Body scanner @lifetime_fitness_gym (i know not 100% accurate) & well, it said I’m roughly 25% BF. Which is about 50% less that when i first checked it in Feb 2017, about 5 months after i started. ISN’T THAT CRAZY!?! I’m basically successfully recompn’ my whole body already and I’m fucking excited. I can see the muscle gains, I’m eating more fooooood, reverse dieting/getting my metabolism up, & losing fat. 💆🏼♀️💆🏼♀️💆🏼♀️ it’s a lot, but it’s so exciting seeing my body change for the better or into what I WANT. I’m really excited and PROUD about all of my progress and how many inches overall that i have lost. This week will be 12 weeks out from my next meet, which means off season is over! I'll be testing maxes next week to see where I'm at after recovering from this injury. I've definitely retained my muscle and hopefully put a little more on. I'm hoping to lean out slowly over the next 12 weeks so I won't have to do a cut prior to the meet and can maximize my strength gains. I'm coming for ya #USPA 😁💪

I am so excited for the new #LG30x30 plan!! The preview last week got me pumped up, and Lauren’s email this morning made me so happy! I prepped some protein muffins, ONO’s, and grilled chicken for meals this week. Unfortunately I think winter is over for Texas, so I guess I have to take down my tree 🎄🙁 Have a great week ladies!
real talk: when it comes to my own fitness and health i have been in a little bit of a rut lately.. don’t get me wrong, i haven’t been skipping my workouts but i also haven’t really been enjoying them either & my nutrition hasn’t been bad but it hasn’t been as on point as it could be (a couple too many nights that involve glasses of wine and “oh well it’s fine” moments)
basically i have just felt kind of blah.
but enough is enough - last night i shared in my story that i’m going to be starting an 8 week challenge with myself tomorrow and i asked if any of you would be interested in joining me and almost all of you said HECK YES ⚡️ so i just put up a new blog post outlining everything that i’m going to be doing for the next 8 weeks - you don’t have to follow my training schedule or do what i’m doing nutrition wise but i figured it could be helpful for some of you to see exactly what a trainer and nutritionist does to get back on track - if you’re joining me in this challenge -> use the hashtag #strongerwithlu on all of your posts so i can follow along!

Postet jeden Tag Posts + ganz viele Storys. Natürlich keine Werbung und alles kostenfrei. Alle Nachrichten sollten sofort beantwortet werden. Blogger haben immer lieb und nett zu sein, egal wie oft sie die gleichen Fragen beantworten 😄. ⏹️ Die Realität sieht dann doch einen Hauch anders aus 🤡. Böser Blogger 😈. Social Media bedeutet extrem viel Aufwand, den man nicht sieht. 🔍
Blogger müssen immer neue Fotos machen (armes Umfeld & ggf. mal Streit vorprogrammiert). Es muss immer neuer Input kommen (Post + Story) und darf natürlich nicht langweilig werden. Umso größer der Account wird umso mehr Nachrichten und Mails bekommt der Blogger, was super geil ist 😍, aber auch wirklich extrem ist bzw. sein kann und das dann schwierig zu beantworten ist.
Ich kann nur für mich sprechen 🤓 und sagen, dass ich es neben Vollzeitjob, 5 Mal Training die Woche, Beziehung, Haushalt, Freunde & Co. einfach nicht immer schaffe alles ausführlich und zeitnah zu beantworten.
Wie gesagt, ist keine Beschwerde, ist ja meine freie Entscheidung, nur als Hintergrundinfo anzusehen 😀. 😱😨😵 Dann kommt natürlich noch die "böse" Werbung dazu. Kooperationen sind super und eine win-win Situation für alle Beteiligten. Blogger sollten sich hierfür nicht schlecht fühlen müssen. Warum auch? 🤔 Niemand wird gezwungen etwas zu kaufen. Es ist eine minimale Aufwandsentschädigung, wobei der "Stundenlohn" dafür extrem schlecht ist. Ich für meinen Teil schreibe in diese Posts auch noch viel "normalen" Content dazu 😄. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man machen was man möchte, es wird nie allen gerecht werden. Die Art des Bloggers, die Beantwortung der Fragen, Werbung und Kooperationspartner ist nicht jedermanns Ding. Wir zeigen hier ein kleines Stück unseres Lebens, was wir führen, wie wir es für richtig halten 🤡🤓. Wir sind nicht hier um es jemandem recht zu machen ❤️!

Kennen jullie dat meisje die eindelijk een beetje tot rust ging komen met een lang weekend Berlijn (ik werk wel gewoon in de ochtenden trouwens)...?
DIE KREEG DE DAG ERVOOR ENORM VEEL LAST VAN EEN VERSTANDSKIES WAAR GEEN PLEK VOOR IS #YOUCANTSITWITHUS.
Gelukkig kon ik vanochtend meteen terecht bij de tandarts (telefoon al minuten klaar hebben liggen en om stipt 8.00 bellen.. 😅) en die stelden voor hem er volgende week pas uit te halen en de pijn voor nu te stillen met gaasjes, waterstofperoxide en ibuprofen bruis.
Momenteel geen pijn meer (alleen smart bars eten doet wat pijn... havermout en kwark is toch lekkerder) dus hopelijk komt dat goed de komende dagen. Training van net ging in ieder geval super 💪🏼.
