Bussssy day today, went to the gym then work. I took approximately 17,105 steps today, about 8.1 miles. My furthest tracked since getting this new phone.
That aint nothing though, when I use to cut grass I'd walk 32 miles A DAY. My friend had a step tracker, thats about 67,584 steps a day.
It's 1 am and I'm doing my official 2018 trackers! This year I'll be doing trackers for sleep & steps (comment any ideas on what else
I should track for!) ▪▪▪
My friend @bujo.thief recommended me to try out restarting the sleep tracker so I'm giving it another try! (Last year's didn't really work for me)
Feel free to swipe to see the #unfiltered version of this post. I've been using @snapseed_app for the filters and only sharpening for @instagram filter.
Finished my #bulletjournal weekly overview for August 8th-14th! Included within the spread are a habit tracker, general to-do list, daily moon cycles, daily weather predictions, amount of $$$ spent each day, and a step tracker! I think this style is going to work well for me - it includes so many tracking items without me having to leave the page ❤️ #showmeyourplanner

STEP COUNT. I started tracking the amount of steps I take during the day when I noticed I actually do quite a bit of walking at work. I don’t have a goal per say to walk 10 000 steps per day but it’s interesting to see how often it happens without me even thinking about it.
I used my tried and true #weeklyspread as a memory tracker. No planning last week because I was on vacation but I absolutely love keeping track of what I did each day.
I walked a total of 43.5 miles last week and had an amazing time with my family. Sydney is absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to visit again. #memorytracker#steptracker
#planwithmechallenge this week (I'm showing last week here all filled out)
How do you balance planning vs logging in your journal?

Anyone watch @americanhousewifeabc ?? I kind of feel like "2 Fitbits" right now! 😂😂😂 Yes, I posted something similar back around Christmas when I got the Charge2. Ultimately it was way too bulky and uncomfortable for my crazy child-size wrists. 😓 I was SO excited when I heard @fitbit was coming out with the Alta HR!! Of course I wanted to see how the heart rate monitor compared to my @polarglobal#ft7 so yes, I wore them both in my workout today! 😂 They seemed to be very similar the couple times I checked! Love the Polar for my workout data, but am super pumped to have this new (better-fitting) Fitbit to track my steps and other stats throughout the day!!! 💕👊🏻
