Literally in shock at how much my body changed in 1 week. And my challengers are messaging me the craziest of stats like 8 lbs down, 1 in from stomach already gone, hit pre pregnancy weight already and meals being prepped for the week. .

This was dinner tonight. Baked chicken and roasted broccoli n cauliflower. I also jumped in the bandwagon and bought @ghughessugarfree hickory BBQ sauce! 🙌🏻
So taday marked my three weeks of eating no deep fried food and for my new set if goals to take effect tomorrow. I ate some fried chicken today for my first cheat meal which in itself was a win. I used to do really well during the week then have two days of free for all. Now I'm going by goals. While I was eating the fried chicken i thought , "huh i don't miss this that much." I have felt so much better eating all my fruits and veggies.
So here are my third set of goals;
1. I'm still working on working out three times a week. I've been doink ok but not 100% yet.
2. I am lessing my calorie intake and doing no deep fried food for four weeks now.
3. I will be drinking apple cider vinegar and honey 4 times a week to help with my digestive system.
Can't wait to start my new goals while I'm on a couples vacation in Colorado!

Today’s macros. I would have had less carbs, but since I was under 1200 calories after dinner my hubby decided to treat me to ice cream. I just got a small hot fudge sundae instead of a big blizzard like I would normally get.

It has been a very emotional week (and past 7 months) for our family. Our youngest grand daughter, Amelia, (7 months old today) had open heart surgery this past Wednesday to repair two holes in her heart that she was born with. They diagnosed her with congenital heart disease when she was around two days old. Her surgery went very well and they discharged her home today, praise the Lord✝️. She is doing amazing! She's our little heart warrior.💜I woke up this morning to the news that they were being discharged today, so I had to cook up some comfort food for them. I made a tater-tot casserole (a family fave) and pumpkin bread with cream cheese. I decided that I would have a big piece of that pumpkin bread to celebrate. I am so thankful that she is healing well and home now. I sure have missed her, and her mommy and daddy. Anyways, I enjoyed that 500-600 calorie piece of bread with some coffee and tracked it on myfitnesspal. I actually stayed full until this evening. So for dinner I had some sweet potatoes, chicken, black beans, onions, zucchini, spinach, and salsa. So good and good for you! I ended up with approx 1300 calories today. Even though I indulged, I counted it and moved on. I'm ready to begin a new week now.☺️💜Life is good, and we are blessed and grateful.

Wegmans quick haul. Also got chicken breast which you can't see lol. Btw I fell in love with Fiber One products my first time on WW back when it was just Points (calories/fat/fiber) they also worked really well on the Points Plus system (fat/carbs/protein/fiber). Even though I LOVE the new Freestyle plan featuring SmartPoints (calories/sat. fat/sugar/protein) things do not get lower points just because they are high fiber. I miss it because as someone who NEEDS the fiber I grew to love those products and I want to try these new ones but they're 5-6sp which is crazy because they used to be about 2-3pp. Who remembers the good ol' 2pp fiber one brownie desserts we all knew & loved?
