if you were to tell me a yr ago that i would be going to the gym in a crop top, i'd laugh in your face. always been self conscious about my small ass frame & it feels nice to be confident and comfortable in my own skin. ONLY TOOK 24 YEARS, IT'S FINE.
•• ps i was not smiling after my workout which included 150 walking lunges. and my legs gave out while putting a dumbbell away. It's fine, im fine. 🙃🙃 ALSO i luuuuuv this color on me and this soft, delicate fabric. @musclebabesapparel is the plug. K dats all.
“Make it simple, but significant.” When I get new clients, they are always suprised by the simple and short list of exercises I assign them.
They are expecting an hour plus workout full of tons and tons of exercises that are crazy complicated.
Here’s the thing, when you are doing quality moves, engaging the correct muscle groups, you don’t need a long list full of silly exercises.
I like to lift heavy and push myself to the max by squeezing out that last rep and giving it 100% of my effort.
I love compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press, military press, pull ups, hip thrusts, etc)! These exercises work so many different muscle groups at the sametime, giving you the most bang for your buck.
I enjoy counting my calories and macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) because I get to still eat all the foods I love with greater accountability.
Keep it simple, stupid!
Don’t overcomplicate your workouts or nutrition because it doesn’t have to be that way.
Inorder to truly transform the composition of your body, you need to eat balanced and exercise with purpose and intensity.
