Rode scooter and walked for a total of 7 hours today. Did chin-ups before I left the house but that was honestly so I could just feel good about chowing down some indulgent food later on 🤪 . Really grateful for sunshine, open air, and two legs to walk on. This was how I #didthething today. How about you?? Hope you had an awesome weekend 👌🏻👊🏻😁
It was the perfect snow man weather today. I told myself if I finished folding the laundry I could go outside and play 😂 Needless to say I got it done in record time. Love being able to have the energy to play outside. I haven’t made a snow man in 4years, right before I started putting on all my weight. One of my goals this year was to enjoy the winter and to build a snowman ⛄️ Goal crushed!

Every 2 minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer, the challenge is to jump rope for 2 mins in order to raise awareness for Childhood Cancer & Obesity! 10 minutes of jumprope is equivalent to a 30 minute jog on the treadmill at 6.5 mph. You do not have to jump that 10 minutes straight but there are things that you can do to enhance the intensity. Have space? Use it! Why stay in one spot? Why be bored? Be sure to register for my NYC Class where I will teach you other techniques make the most of your jump rope workout.
