Foam roller exercises, also called myofascial release, is a form of massage that could be done before exercise to loosen up sore muscles and tight joints, or after a workout, in an effort to aid muscle recovery. There are a number of benefits from foam rolling such as: - Improved flexibility and increased joint range of motion - Better blood circulation - Stress reduction - preventing injuries - mostly importantly reducing exercise related soreness.

Starting from Feb 5th till the Feb 11th you must complete the following:
1- 1000 jumping jacks (approximately 15-20 min of jumping jacks, about 2 min and a half daily)
2- 1 hour worth of deep squat hold on heels or raised heal on rolled towel. Hold the squat for as long as you can rest and repeat.
3- 1000 reps rainbow plank (one rep is accounted for each side)
4- 1000 crab kick (one rep is accounted for each kick)
5- 1000 donkey kicks --------------------------
