I’m happiest in leggings and gym hair 💦 When I first started working out I absolutely DREADED it. I pushed myself, and created a habit I now find inner peace in. I can no longer not be active whether it’s at the gym or on a mountain, it simply makes me feel alive 💫 Let’s break bad habits & replace them with positive ones, for our minds and bodies!

Lately, I am absolutely FASCINATED with failure. I hunger for it (if that’s even a thing).
God has pushed me SO FAR OUTSIDE of my comfort zone this year and I am reaping massive benefits from it! I have talked to so many people on my social media platforms who I have simply not talked to in a long time.. and I love it!
It’s easy to get the attitude where you see people and when they talk to you, you think to yourself — why do you want to talk to me now, you’ve had absolutely nothing to do with me since high school, college, WHATEVER!
But what good comes from that? Well, nothing! •
Ya’ll let God work within you and see what comes from your ability to trust while He leads! To be honest, for a long time I was worn out — I was striving for something that only God could make happen. •
Once I let go of that mind set and learned to rest in His presence, everything changed; I am making huge leaps and bounds with my dreams now — join me!

I forgot over the last week that this prep isn’t about how I feel when I’m done, but it’s about the process. I got so caught up in the goal ahead of me that I forgot to look in the mirror (literally) and be present.🥇

Had a very busy day, feeling a little worn out tonight. Got up for morning cardio. Participated in being part of a little workout video for my company. Of course worked. Then got some more wedding planning checked off the list. After the gym had to grocery shop to stock up on food. Feels good to have such a productive day. 👊🏼 #feelingaccomplished
Not gonna lie, it's been hard staying motivated and getting to the gym. I go but most days I don't wanna be there. Tonight I didn't want to be there but then I deadlifted for the first time in like a year and I suddenly remembered why I love lifting so much. I love feeling strong. I've been kind of embarrassed since I lost a lot of my strength with my gym hiatus. My last deadlift PR was 235. Today I hit 175 and I honestly I think I could of done more but I didn't want to push it YET. I don't need an injury and it will get easier with time. Here's to falling back in love with the gym and getting stronger- mentally and physically ❤️ .

Before going to 🇹🇭 --> 4 months without proper and regular workouts, unbalanced diet, alcohol intake, sleep deprivation, ... it has been a fun lifestyle, but now it is time to get back into shape and improve even more 💪🏻 I'm confident it won't take much time, but I'm sure it will take a lot of effort and dedication. No pain, no gain 😉
