I didn’t take a lot of bikini pictures back in the day because I wasn’t really comfortable with my body - so yes you’ve seen the before picture before and the after was taken yesterday!!! They’re a few years apart and my eating habits and training styles changed multiple times before I found what worked for me! It’s definitely about consistency and listening to your body to get the results you want. I train in ways so weird to most but my body is really receptive to it and so are the bodies of so many of my clients! This year we aren’t letting up!! I’m pushing everyone around me to be the a absolute best version of themselves mentally and physically!
98 lbs vs 119.1 (I lost some weight with moving 😭 - but I will gain it back!!)
Join me on my gaining journey on BodyByCookie.com - the workouts are workouts I do myself ! 💖✨

The ‘I can’t believe it’s not cheese’ cheesecake dessert (raw and vegan) |
Thank you @bosh.tv for bringing these babies back into my life.
@madeleine_shaw_ First taught me how to make these waaaaay back in Bondi (yep, we used to both live and work there about 6 years ago - that’s where we met!) I saw a recipe on the bosh.tv wall recently and knew I had to make them. It’s really simple and easy and just involves blending and freezing, rather than cooking or baking.
The Base is just blended Almonds, Dates, dedicated coconut and coconut oil.
And the ‘cheesey’ part is just soaked cashews, lemon juice, maple syrup, water and coconut oil blended up into a cream, frozen with a blueberry in the middle.
Head over to the @bosh.tv Page to make it. I love their stuff - it’s always so simple but filled with flavour (the best recipes always are right?) *I will also flag that just because this recipe isn’t made with caster sugar and butter, or has vegan and raw in its title, does not make it a more ‘healthy’ dessert. In fact, it probably shares similar amounts of sugar and fat that you’ll find in many of your other favourite desserts. It is to be treated in the same way as any other dessert; consumed wholeheartedly, but moderately. It is not superior for your health just because it’s got coconut oil in it.* I love these desserts, but nothing comes close to a good old fashioned,
Creme Brûlée made by a grumpy French Chef. The best.
