What. A. Journey. 🤘
Over the past 6 months I’ve been going through a complete lifestyle change! I’ve learned so much about food options and fitness styles, but most importantly HOW TO LOVE MY LIFE 💕 Fitness has really taught me to love and appreciate who I am. Over 25 lbs down, and I can’t wait to crush some more goals 👏
My journey had been guided by @beachbody 🌊 it’s a program that I really love and that’s actually WORKED for me.
So I’ve decided to LEAP out of my comfort zone and start a Challenge Group! I truly believe that Beach Body can make you feel good and feel confident about yourself, and I want to encourage and inspire you throughout the entire journey!

My biggest take away-let's switch our focus to MORE self-love. Let's be advocates for helping others. We are the next generation and that should not be taken lightly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Being at this event yesterday was a firm reminder of why I started coaching. I want to help people see that they can do this. They can live a life they love being healthy, happy, and confident 💪🏼

Week 6 Progress Photos! I’m not quite halfway done but here’s my halftime report! I feel amazing. I feel confident, strong, and energized. I love the workouts and can tell I am making progress each week as I increase my weights and resistance! The hardest part of this program, and any program, in my opinion, is the meal prepping. It takes some time to plan out all my meals, shop, and cook, but once it’s done, I am set up for success! We’ve all heard it: “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” But I won’t fail because, as @autumncalabrese reminds me, you only fail if you quit! And I’m not quitting! There’s no magic pill to living a healthy lifestyle. It takes hard work, commitment, and consistency! (And of course a good reason why and a strong support system!) I can feel my progress on the inside and can see it on the outside and I don’t need a scale or measuring tape to prove it! What is your why?? New challenge group starting 3/5!!
