Cordless Discussion : What do you use on a day-to-day basis?
Who’s your go-to? And why? Is there one thing that led you to one company over another? Any flaws you have with your current set up? I’m curious for myself, as I’m going to buy heavily into a cordless company soon.
I’ve owned Milwaukee and been very satisfied with most of their tools. The cordless drills are great, and the 1/2” Impact is amazing, and many folks including @awesomeframers use it frequently! The 6 1/2” Cordless Saw lacks though, even with the larger batteries I’ve noticed it lacks the power that I see in IG videos of the Flex Volt and Makita.
How the years pass.. Steven and I are on the right in this photo.
We sided this little part of a metal building, and did a Pine Tongue and Groove kid around the whole building! It was a toasty summer!
Hope everyone had a great day off! 🤘
Details, details, details!!
It’s always important to pay close attention to a manufacturer’s specs. In this case, the nailing pattern was 4” on the edge of each panel and 12” in the field
Side note, this hitachi cordless nailer is a beast and has definitely increased our efficiency. Not having to set up a compressor or getting hoses caught is a game changer💪🏼
Video doesn’t do it just but believe me when I say this thing is quiet. At 59 decibels @hitachipowertoolsusa is really stepping up the game. For real you could fall asleep next to this thing while it is running. It only ways 25lbs!
When we first arrived to this project, the cultivated farmers land that had once been any normal field had been diverted and manipulated by the 2013 floods. The reason the floods damaged the land was because key items such as woody debris, boulders and key vegetation such as popular whips and willows had been removed to make way for cultivatable land. Without these roadblocks to stop moving water, the land flooded and the river close to it became diverted.

Tools and supplies as far as the eye can see.
Not sure if this one will make it to Canada, but who’d like to see it here?
New from Hitachi this Dust Extractor. Wishing we had this one in our last H2H.
