Answering the questions about girls' eating schedule. Well, Google says that at 9 and 10 months most babies need: Solid foods three times a day, plus about 700 to 950 ml (24 to 32 ounces) of breast milk or formula in a 24-hour period. That was the first time I googled something about feeding, and I must say that what we do is completely different from what is written. However, it works perfectly for OUR family, and, according to the pediatrician, the girls are healthy and grow very well. So... what, when, and how much the girls are eating? We start (okey, my husband starts) the day at ~7am. Before to leave, he gives them bottles (240ml) , changes their diapers, and puts them back to sleep. After that they usually wake up at 10.30 am, and then my day begins. Lunch is at 12.30-1 am. I give them table foods and an optional snack such as fruit, cookie or yogurt, and some water, of course. I don't focus on specific amounts of times, the intervals are what’s important. The next feeding time is after the nap at ~6pm. Dinner is no different from lunch. I give them table foods, something delicious, and some water. And yes, they usually don't eat in between. For me it's important that they eat every 5-6 hours, so I make sure that they get everything they need with every meal. They usually go to sleep at 10pm, and just before the midnight when we go to sleep ourselves, we wake up the girls and give them bottles of milk/cereals (240-260 ml). This way they sleep through the night, every night and so we do. Voilà! #threegirlsinoneyear#stokke#stokketripptrapp
Made it to 39 weeks and I can now use my belly as a table 😛
My key objective over my last remaining days is to chill out and fatten bub up, so it’s going to come in handy! Repost from @emimajay
